Who is Jill Lienemann?
In 1993, I participated on my first mission trip to Russia ministering at summer camps for Russian youth. Challenging, overwhelming and sometimes frustrating, I returned to the United States with new understanding of cross-cultural ministry. Though not sure if I would ever participate on another short-term mission trip, I kept my heart open to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
The Lord started to move me into a new direction as a result of this mission experience. After 11 years in the secular professional field, I relocated in Texas to start a new chapter in my life in Christian ministry including assisting a new church-plant, working in an international men’s ministry and administrative support for children’s ministry at a local church.
I joined a budding mission department at a megachurch in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, and it was here that I realized my deep passion for global outreach. While on staff, I observed large number of pastors seeking information and help on how to start short-term mission trips in their church.
I accepted God’s call to launch my own business, KESHER INTERNATIONAL MISSIONS, after years of coordinating international mission trips and pastors conference desiring to assist others in implementing international mission trips.
I am passionate to see individuals grow deeper in their walk with the Lord through participation on an international short-term mission trip!
